Collaboration is the key to following three action points along the UX research process to ensure we’re asking the right questions.
- Understand the business context and the product strategy behind the research request beforehand or during the planning meeting. This information leads to straightforward, actionable research questions for the study.
- Preparing the sessions beforehand. Sharing and iterating the script with the Stakeholders and then mocking a test with colleagues
- Adapt the script after the first sessions when some questions are not helping us get the information we want.
