Methodological approach
Aggregating the learnings from several projects
For this modelling to make sense, the data is taken and analysed based on critical goals from our users and customers, which are global and cross-products. So far, we have identified two:
- Claims handling
- Repair efficiency
The process to find models across diverse sets of data.
Tools: Post-its of different sizes and colours, a whiteboard or a wall and Airtable.
- From all the studies and products, select those that were related to the user's goal and write them down in rectangle post-its.
- Go to the project folders in SharePoint and find the scripts used for these studies in the 03_Research/Plan folder.
- Write down in a rectangle post-it the topic that was being covered
- In a square post-it, put the questions and an indicator of the study related.
- Group the questions under these topics and find sub-topics if there are.
- Resume each pile in one question.
- Based on these questions, create your databases in Airtable. It is recommended to create a database for quantitative data (metrics) collected and another for qualitative observations.
